Booking terms and conditions

Making a booking

A place is reserved when a booking confirmation is issued. Group organisers must provide accurate attendee information.

Payment

Sessions may be paid online, by bank transfer, cash, or another method offered during booking. Offline payments remain marked as due until Lakes IT Services records payment.

Changes and cancellations

Refunds, transfers and cancellation charges are governed by the conditions displayed when the booking is made.

Course changes

Lakes IT Services may change a tutor, venue or date where reasonably necessary. If Lakes IT Services cancels a paid session, customers will be offered a transfer or refund.

Personal information

Booking details are used to administer training, communicate updates, process payments and meet legal obligations.
